Poppy Seed Buns

Ingredients:

     3 1/4 cups flour
     1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
     2 tsp salt
     2 tsp yeast
     2 tbsp sugar
     2 tbsp poppyseed

Directions:
  1. Put the lukewarm water in a bowl and add yeast until it reacts
  2. Add everything into a bowl and combine till dough
  3. Cover with plastic wrap 1-2 hours in a warm spot
  4. Cut into 10 buns and make them round
  5. Let sit for 10 mins
  6. 450 F for 10 mins or until golden brown ontop
