3 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp poppyseed
Directions:
- Put the lukewarm water in a bowl and add yeast until it reacts
- Add everything into a bowl and combine till dough
- Cover with plastic wrap 1-2 hours in a warm spot
- Cut into 10 buns and make them round
- Let sit for 10 mins
- 450 F for 10 mins or until golden brown ontop
